She combines neuroscience, polyvagal theory, and somatic practices to support individuals navigating trauma, burnout, and life transitions. Amanda regularly facilitates workshops and trainings on stress and trauma, nervous system regulation and embodied healing, fostering autonomy, resilience, and wellbeing.
