Currently based in Franklin, Auckland, I believe it takes a village to raise a child, so I encompass this in my work with children and adolescents by including the whanau where possible. I am a passionate, caring counsellor with the desire to assist young and old in finding their true potential. My open and friendly personality enables me to build strong and trusting relationships with colleagues and clients.
Using a pluralistic approach, I work collaboratively with my clients using different approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Expressive Arts Therapy, Play Therapy and Talk Therapy.
My goal is to have a safe place for my clients to come and talk, feel understood and supported, without judgement, and helping you to find ways to make sense of what is happening in your world.
I offer online and in-person counselling sessions.
